The first stage starts in the Showers!

When you are first welcomed into our Sauna Complex, you will be handed a soft and fluffy white towel, along with a shower scrunchy.

Once you have undressed and put all your personal belongings into your allocated secure locker, take your towel and scrunchy and head towards the shower area.

On the shower wall you will see a bank of shower gel dispensers to choose from. Dispense a good squit into your scrunchy, work up a lather and let the gel work its aroma therapeutic magic.

Dragon Fruit & Capsicum

Spice up your shower experience with something a bit different. Dragon Fruit is literally bursting with antioxidant Vitamin C which makes it one of nature's free-radicals fighting Superheroes.

REFRESHING

Nothing But Lime

Essential Lime Oil only comes from the peel of real Limes, so let 40 of these beauties (per 250ml) blow your mind in a shower. Feel the thrill of its unique and exhilarating zesty freshness.

MOISTURISING

Sea Kelp & Rock Salt

Help replenish your skins moisture levels with this nutrient-rich wash. Sea Kelp is full of minerals too!

LAVENDER

Lavender & Tea Tree

Spend some quality time in the shower with 27 handfuls (per 250ml) of this soothing herb. Just you, a steamy shower and oodles of Lavender gently working its aroma therapeutic magic, as you melt away!
